End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and Muntean Holding AS ("Company," "We," or "Us") for the Sudoku mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on your mobile device, subject to the terms of this EULA and the App Store terms where you downloaded the App.

3. Restrictions

You may NOT:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the App

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

  • Use the App for any commercial purposes

  • Remove or alter any copyright notices or proprietary marks

  • Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws

4. Optional Tips and Purchases

  • The App is free to download and use

  • Optional tip purchases are available to support development

  • All purchases are processed through the App Store

  • Tips are non-refundable once processed

  • No additional features are unlocked through tips

  • NO REFUNDS: All tip purchases are final and non-refundable

  • Refund requests should be directed to the App Store, not Muntean Holding AS

5. Privacy and Data Collection

  • We respect your privacy and collect minimal data

  • Game progress may be stored locally on your device

  • We do not collect personal information without consent

  • Anonymous usage statistics may be collected to improve the App

  • No ads or third-party tracking

6. Intellectual Property

  • The App and all content are owned by Muntean Holding AS

  • All rights, title, and interest in the App remain with us

  • Sudoku puzzles and game mechanics are our proprietary content

  • You retain no ownership rights in the App

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL MUNTEAN HOLDING AS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THE APP.

9. Termination

  • This license is effective until terminated

  • We may terminate this license at any time if you violate these terms

  • Upon termination, you must stop using and delete the App

  • Termination does not affect previously processed tip purchases

10. Updates and Modifications

  • We may update the App and these terms at any time

  • Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of new terms

  • We are not obligated to provide updates or support

11. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Norway.

13. Severability

If any provision of this EULA is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Muntean Holding AS regarding the App and supersedes all prior agreements.

By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this EULA.
