StyleAI - Terms of Service Agreement

Welcome to StyleAI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of StyleAI's application, website, and services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Muntean Holding AS ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.

1. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update your information to keep it accurate and current.

2. USE OF SERVICE

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation

  • Use the Service to impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity

  • Attempt to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Service

  • Upload or transmit any viruses, malware, or other types of malicious software

  • Collect or track the personal information of others

  • Use the Service in a manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair it

3. CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Service may allow you to upload, submit, store, send, or receive content. You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in that content. By uploading content to the Service, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute it for the purpose of providing and improving our Service.

We do not claim ownership of your content, but you grant us permission to use it according to these Terms.

4. PRIVACY

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and disclose information about you in connection with your use of the Service.

5. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS

Some features of the Service may require a subscription. By subscribing to these features, you agree to pay the applicable fees. All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal through your account settings.

6. TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or delete your account through the app settings.

7. DISCLAIMERS

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We make no warranty that the Service will meet your requirements, be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis, or that the results that may be obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall Muntean Holding AS be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or use, incurred by you or any third party, whether in an action in contract or tort, arising from your access to, or use of, the Service.

9. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Muntean Holding AS and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses arising from your use of the Service.

10. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
